I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?
Over the past few months I have become extremly passionate about Mental Health and Welbeing, even so becoming a Mental Health First Aider. So now I have decided to participate in K's for RUOK? for the month of July!
I have joined forces with Kris Douglas
and Ross Niven
from work, to support and rasie awareness for RUOK? Calling ourselves "Wings4RUOK" (in recognition to the support we provide our colleagues at work). The main goal is to encourage and create a
healthy habit and spark conversation whilst raising money for the RUOK? program.
My personal goal is to - walk / run / excerise / dance and ride - 250km for the month. If you would like to donate and support me and my team for RUOK? please follow the link below.
