This year, we’re bringing the sparkle to Mental Health Month. If you feel like taking your challenge and fundraising to the next level, here’s how. Think glittery socks, hi-vis vests, shimmering headbands, or anything that makes you feel fabulous as you walk, run, ride and move.
It’s all about bringing positive energy as we challenge ourselves to share the R U OK? message far and wide. Let’s sparkle, connect, and raise vital funds to start more life-saving conversations.

Raise $100
This year, we want to help you to kick off your fundraising. Raise $100 in the first 72 hours to go in the draw to win one of five $150 supermarket vouchers.
Raise $400
Everyone who raises more than $400 will receive our Ks for R U OK? 2025 supporter pack, with a small pot of body/face glitter, a pair of running socks, a wristband, a sheet of temporary tattoos (6) and a bandana.
Raise $1000
Raise more than $1,000 to receive a Ks for R U OK? 2025 supporter trophy and enter our Hall of Fame.
Raise $800 Team Prize
If your team (up to 8 people) raises over $800, we’ll send your team special R U OK? capes to wear, because you’re fundraising superheroes.
