This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Day 7 update
Sunday 7th JulPB taking over the Team Bennett socials today, coming at you on a glorious Sunday morning. I wanted to use this opportunity to say thank you to this man, the most inspiring and amazing person I am blessed to have in my life. Jason has been a phenomenal catalyst in our lives, transforming not only his physical health but his whole outlook on life. He is a fantastic ambassador for R U OK? and his thoughtful blogs are always a joy to read. He really is the MVP in our team and we are grateful for his support.
We extend this support to all our friends reading this, who may need a shoulder or ear to get them through their woes. Happy to meet on our daily walks, you know where 😉
