Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk, (run, roll or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Weather!Tuesday 18th Jul Have to laugh... The majority of my kms are from riding and my determination to push myself out of my comfort zone meant that I rode to work yesterday at 2 degrees!!!! The pain in my index fingers and thumbs drew my attention back to why I'm doing this challenge. And then today riding home from work I got soaked in a downpour...
