I’m clocking K’s for R U OK?
In the month of July, I will be running 31km (minimum) hopefully 50km in order to raise awareness for mental health and funds for R U OK? Australia, a suicide prevention charity.
This cause is very close to my heart, as I am sure many of you know. I believe that together we can make a difference, break the stigma, and ensure no one goes through mental health challenges alone, as so many do today.
