This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk, (run, roll or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Week 2 recapFriday 14th Jul Week 2 of our challenge and our team is going great guns! Ive had to reevaluate my kms as ive almost reached my increased kms so ill be increasing up to 100. Starting tommorow!Friday 30th Jun We start tommorow! We need to raise awareness for suicide prevention. Every day someone loses their fight with the black dog and we need to check in on each other. With a simple "R U OK?" we may start a life saving conversation. Share
