This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Thursday 27th Jun It’s often hard to say out loud but I’ve had ongoing struggles with my own mental health with low self worth, heightened anxiety and decrepitating depression preventing me from doing anything at all! Over the years I’ve found that moving my body, from bikram to F45 to nature walks, has helped me ominously! This July my aim is to do some form of exercise everyday as well as regular walks to get in those Ks and to pump up those endorphins and help keep my mental health in check.Thank you to my Sponsors
