I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling. And you'll be putting a big smile on my face.

We have gone through 2 suicides in the last 3 yrs, 2 amazing men  who took their lives , one silent and one not silent , along with my own mental health that hit rock bottom this yr , I’m also a peer supporter for my crew as a mine worker , mining in its own is hard , I’ve been a peer supporter for 7 yrs at work and supported many colleagues with mental heath ,  pls if U are not ok reach out and believe u have the support available to u all , pls don’t be ashamed to say U ARE NOT OK, it’s ok to not be ok , its that small talk to anyone u trust to let them know ur not ok ❤️🩷🩵💙
