I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

By donating to my page you are helping R U OK? provide free, essential resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling. And you'll be putting a big smile on my face.

Thank you so much.

By inspiring people to take the time to ask “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.

NEARLY 20KMS IN A DAY?!

Monday 22nd Jul
Fun tip: plan a fun day out. Only use public transport in the spots you can't walk in. Bring the kids along and you'll be walking extra to find them all in a damn mirror maze for hours 🤣

Day Fiving and thriving

Saturday 6th Jul
Yesterday I took my 6yo along for our walk. We managed to clock 11km on our fun lil evening stroll. And look at the step count! Exactly...EXACTLY...12,000 Steps. Perfect round number. 🤩🫶🏻 Fionn did an amazing job walking all that way. He almost fell asleep in his dinner when we got back 💜☺️such a sweetie. Fionn loves going for walks. He was born with bilateral structural talipes (double Clubfoot) and underwent surgery and the ponsetti method involving plaster casts from 6weeks of age, stretching of his feet and the use of a foot and bar brace. He got to smash the brace apart at his 4 birthday in a ceremonious goodbye to his brace and hello to a new world for Fionn. Since then he has climbed mountains most adults wouldn't dare and walked tracks all over. The surgery to sever his Achilles tendon did however cause arthritic type pain in his ankles..hurting him when it's cold out. So really appreciate those 11kms He worked through all that pain just for you guys? That's resilience at its finest
