I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?
Hello Everyone,
During July, I am embarking on a massive personal and mental challenge. I’ve chosen to participate in the Clocking K’s For R U OK? My goal is to complete 100KM’s in one month and raise money for doing it to assist with supporting people with mental health issues and people who are currently struggling. The state of your mental health has a massive impact on your personal and work life. We all experience days that are more of a struggle than others, but some people struggle every day.
Many people I know have been affected by poor mental health, and tragically I’ve lost multiple friends to suicide which is what made me decide to complete this challenge in July.
I would really love your support while completing this challenge.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk, (run, roll or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.
