This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Night Walk Managatang !
Tuesday 2nd Jul After 5 & 1/2 hr (450 kms) drive up to visit my sister & family.. the owners of the Managatang Family Hotel we arrived a little later than expected so a night walk was needed to stretch out my legs from driving all this way … our rural communities are often the hardest to reach with mental health services not readily available in many small towns that’s why organisations such as RUOk as so very important… Right across Australia our farmers are struggling and suicide prevention is key .. start a conversation today .. it’s ok not to be ok .. ask your friends and people in your circles R U OK? It could be the conversation that saves a life x. ShareDay 1 … surprise. Stairs !! Lol
Monday 1st Jul So picked a local walking track today .. and. Surprise… massive set of stairs…. Do they count as extra steps 😂 1st 5kms down .., 150km to go. 5kms a day for July … R U OK ? Possibly not ok … but it’s ok not to be ok !! Thanks for following along x ShareThank you !!

Sunday 9th Jun Having been through my own struggles , hitting my own rock bottom late 2020/early 2021, I wouldn’t have made my way back through my recovery with the support of my Councillor & family & friends…. Reaching out when you’re not ok is the hardest step , so just knowing it’s ok not to be ok is a huge part in reducing the stigma around the challenges of mental health… I can’t wait to share my journey & daily kms with you , I hope you follow along .. and please every donation it’s truly appreciated no matter how big or how small … I’m thankful for your support and help me raise both awareness & fund for this amazing organisation!!Thank you to my Sponsors
