I’m clocking K’s for R U OK?
I personally have struggled with mental health over the past few years and know the importance of looking after myself mentally and physically which can be difficult when managing mental. My goals is to always be happy and healthy for my family.
This July, I’m taking on the K’s for R U OK? challenge to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
I'll be consistent in my clocking having one rest day on saturdays as I walk, jog,run, wheel or ride to help start more life-changing conversations.
