Mental health is not often talked about enough, it’s the silent suffering that you may be walking along next too. R U OK is providing much needed help and resources & to raise awareness I’ve created a team of my best girlfriend runners to take part in a July running challenge. We are committed to our running and will be aiming to each clock up 62km in July for R U OK? and hopefully raise some dollars that go towards such an important cause that is close to my heart.
