If this year has taught me anything, its that we need to be there for our friends and family, that we need better access to mental health support in Tasmania(real, fast, face to face access) and that we need to support the services that are already there for us.

We're taking on the challenge to strengthen connections, develop good habits, start meaningful conversations and have some fun as a team.
