The Bennetts are Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, Paula, Aria and I are excited to announce that we’re joining the Ks for R U OK? challenge as Team House of Bennett. We’re not just taking steps to better our own health but also to strengthen connections, develop good habits, and start meaningful conversations – all while having a bit of fun along the way.

Family is our most important support network, and we believe in the power of family to uplift and support each other. That’s why we’re passionate about R U OK?’s mission to provide essential free resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. These resources empower people to start conversations that can change lives.

By inspiring people to take the time to ask, “Are you OK?” and really listen, we can help those who are struggling feel connected and supported long before they even think about suicide.
