I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Hiya… 
           My name is Julie, I have personally been dealing with depression and anxiety now for about 23 years now.. I have had the suicidal thoughts now for as long as I can remember.. and still do… But my 4 children and  5 grandchildren keep me going… I know a lot of people suffer mental health illnesses and find helping other’s helps me personally..
