In loving memory of our beautiful Angel, Kristy, who left us far too soon at just 28 years old. Kristy was full of life, laughter, and love — the kind of soul who would give her last dollar to help someone else and who had a heart big enough to care for everyone, even stray animals who always seemed to find her.
But behind her bright smile, Kristy faced struggles that too often go unseen. Mental health matters, and too many beautiful lives are lost in silence.
We share Kristy’s story to remind others:

🌸 It’s okay to not be okay.
🌸 Reaching out for help is a sign of strength.
For Kristy, and for all those we’ve lost, let’s break the stigma. Let’s start the conversations. Let’s look out for each other.
