This July, we're making a commitment to move as often as possible and clock our K’s for R U OK? 

Please support our efforts by joining our team, and/or donating, and together let's get everyone asking R U OK? starting conversations, and changing lives! 

This challenge is encouraging us to come together and start creating some great habits; exercising and strengthening connections with our friends and loved ones.

This challenge links with so many of our ongoing wellbeing focus points, and is underpinned by the Catholic Social Teachings, where, in an act of solidarity we are promoting family, community, and participation. 

Your support helps R U OK? to provide essential free resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia, and empower them to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling.
