We're back babyyy! This July, Party Wave is hitting the ground running again, clocking K’s as part of the R U OK? Challenge.
JOIN our TEAM. Last year was honestly life changing. We were overwhelmed by the reach & response it had. Now we want yew to get moving WITH US. Walk, run, dance, swim, crawl...whatever yah jam is!
Challenge yourself by setting a goal, big or small doesn't matter, the real goal is to develop healthy habits which helps to improve our mental state but most importantly raise awareness & get people asking R U OK? in an effort to prevent suicide.
