If you have ever been through a tough time or watched someone you care about struggle, you know how heavy life can feel. You also know how powerful it can be when someone simply asks, “Are you OK?” and really means it.
I’ve created this team for K’s for R U OK? not just to raise funds, but to create space for honesty and hope. Too many people are walking through life feeling like they have to carry it all alone. I want to change that.
This walk is for anyone who has ever said “I’m fine” when they weren’t.
For anyone who’s needed a safe place to talk or be heard.
For every moment where the simple act of reaching out could have made all the difference.
