This October, we're joining Ks for R U OK?  

Even a simple are you ok that's from the heart can save someone who's not ok i know coz i wasnt ok and I felt the only person who truly understood that is now gone because she wasn't ok and there wasn't anything I could do to help  but what i can do is assure her memory lives on in our hearts forever

We're taking on the challenge to strengthen connections, develop good habits, start meaningful conversations and have some fun as a team.
