This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK?
Anyone who knows me definitely will agree I am not athletically inclined so this will be a mammoth effort.
I will be walking 8km's a day, even on my birthday, to raise money.
Nearly half of all adults experience a mental illness at one point in their lives. If you were not affected personally you would know someone who has been.
I hope in doing this I can raise some money for a good cause and also start more conversations around mental health. Remember, nobody ever has nobody to call
