I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk, (run, roll or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Anxiety

Tuesday 27th Jun
Been awake for 2 hours just threw up in shower after anxiety attack suddenly came on.  Meant to have a job interview today. Just messaged him to cancel 

I don't know what to do

So anyone that knows me especially in especially in the last few years but more especially in the last 2 months knows that I've gone through being fired, having a having a ex friend try and kill himself. Just needing some support to help me while I continue to try and help others. And when I saw this ad I thought Hey  there's something that could keep my mind entertained while I try and fix me. Sorry, I'm not asking for donations, I'm not asking for support.
