I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?
This October, I’m once again taking on K’s for R U OK? – my second year being part of this amazing movement to help create a world where no one has to struggle alone.
Mental health is something incredibly close to my heart, and I know how much a simple “Are you OK?” can mean. Every step, walk, run (and probably a few tired sighs!) is for the people who need to feel heard, supported, and connected.
This year, instead of birthday gifts in July, I asked my family and friends to donate or share some of the causes that mean the most to me – PMDD awareness, R U OK? for mental health, and domestic violence support. These causes are deeply personal, and being able to contribute in this way feels like the best gift I could ask for.
By donating to my page, you’re helping R U OK? provide free, life-changing resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities all over Australia – giving people the confidence to recognise the signs and start conversations that could save a life.
