I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

Yeeeeew!! K's is back again! 

This time I'm going to be back home in Scotland with family and old friends which will make things interesting.

Can't wait to reconnect with some of the most important people in my world.

My goal is to clock 20km each week (hopefully running).

Just check in:..... These are "Things That Matter" raising awareness is easier to understand for those associated with someone that is a friend or family. Easy to recognise once you experience. BUT for those that haven't..............recognise a sign no mater how small it may be, perhaps an out of character social media post or comment in general conversation that something is not right. It's those times to ask "R U OK" and perhaps connect a little further. than the words "R U OK". You know & question your own self as should I or shouldn't. Yes just do it..... Just do, reach out and say hey....
