This July, I’m running 300kms and clocking in K’s for R U OK?
You can never fully understand to the extent what someone is going through. I believe it is important to check up on your friends and family and stay connected and protected from suicide.
To me running is much easier compared to the struggles that life brings us, so I’d like to do my part to contribute where I can.
