I’m swimming K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m swimming K’s for R U OK?  to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

I’ll be swimming 60kms in the month of July, I know what you might be thinking, that’s not that much. Please remember I’m a plump unfit boy & it is the middle of winter 🥶. 

I’ll be swimming most days at Charlestown pool 🏊‍♂️ Don’t be afraid to swing by & swim a few laps, I would love some swim buddies.
