I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations. 

By donating to my page you are helping R U OK? provide free, essential resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling. And you'll be putting a big smile on my face.

For those who know me when I go in I go all in, I’m a terrible loser so trust me I will smash this out. 

What a great cause to support, we have all been through tough times and have made it through often with help from friends and family. 

I too have had my share of challenges along the way and have a great support network to help get me through when needed. 

I am also involved with a social group of truck drivers in Toowoomba  with the sole purpose of just getting together to check in on each other and provide a space to have a yarn. 

One of the motos is “Real Mates Talk”. Every day is a good day to check in and just ask someone how are they going, this may just be what someone needs.
