I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?
I have first hand experienced the struggles of the affect mental health issues can have, I’m lucky I had the support and had the strength and fight in me to over come it all. It wasn’t easy, but I did it. I still have my days but very far and few between.
I have tragically lost, or have friends who have lost, beautiful souls to suicide. This cause is so very close to my heart and I support it every single year, along with supporting anyone I can going through their own struggles and losses. So, This October (starting super early though), I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk to help start more life-changing conversations.
