I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?
Walking my boy Bently on the beach is my daily therapy. We are upping the K’s for RUOK? in honour of his Aunty Loz who (with Olive) took us on many walking adventures! We are joining our lovely Kate and friends in raising money for RUOK? We want to support them in their work of public education that aims to facilitate connectedness which is a foundation of mental well-being.
