I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?
Hi Guys! I’m back again this year joining K’s for R U OK? to not only try to raise funds, but also awareness to mental health & suicide.
This year instead of peddling I’ll be running, with a goal of 150 km’s over the month of July.
This is something that hits very close to home for me after losing my Dad to suicide in 2005, and unfortunately knowing of quite a few others who have been lost to it since.
On this page you can place a donation to assist me in reaching my fundraising goal, even the smallest donations count. However, if unable to donate financially, I would love for you to donate your time to share this for me.
I also stress this as a daily reminder to take the time to check in on someone.
