I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

Hi Everyone,

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk, run, or ride 8kms per day to help start more life-changing conversations. 

I have chosen to do 8kms per day as this is how many people die by suicide each day in Australia. That's 248kms for the month of July.

By donating to my page you are helping R U OK? provide free, essential resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling. And you'll be putting a big smile on my face.

Smashed it 💪🏽 finished strong with another 12kms on the bike (inside coz it's dark out) Thanks for all of your donations, encouragement and support 💛 Raised way more than i expected to for such an important cause 🫶🏼

Catching Up

Wednesday 19th Jul
So the good old flu knocked me down for a few days. Now I'm playing catch up on the kms I missed from Friday to Tuesday. 26kms done tonight on the bike 🎉

Day 1 - I kicked off my kms early and rode 24.8kms today, in anticipation of getting to 248kms by the end of July.
