This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Struggling with walking today

Monday 20th Oct
Apart from the  fatigue  I’m struggling through after a 3am trip to Melbourne to pick my kids up from the airport, getting home at 7:30am to start my day, my trochanteric bursitis is flaring up and I’m in a heap of pain. 
today might have to be a rest and anti inflammatory day, and try again tomorrow. 

I will reach the end though!
