I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?
This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.
By donating to my page you are helping R U OK? provide free, essential resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling. And you'll be putting a big smile on my face.
Thank you so much.
By inspiring people to take the time to ask “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.

💛 Why I'm Walking Ks for R U OK?
Sunday 5th Oct I Recently, someone close to our family experienced the unimaginable — the loss of their son. It’s hard to put into words the heartbreak and grief that follows such a tragedy. It’s a reminder that behind every smile, every “I’m fine,” there can be silent struggles that feel too heavy to carry alone. That’s why I’m walking Ks for R U OK? — to raise awareness, to spark conversations, and to remind people that they are not alone.
R U OK? is more than just a question. It’s a lifeline. It’s a moment of connection that can change — or even save — a life. Mental health challenges don’t always look the way we expect. They can be quiet, hidden, and deeply personal. But when we take the time to ask, to listen, and to truly care, we create space for healing and hope.
This walk is for every person who’s ever felt overwhelmed, isolated, or unheard. It’s for the families who’ve lost loved ones and for those still fighting silent battles. It’s for the belief that a simple conversation can make a powerful difference.
If you can, please support my journey — whether by donating, sharing this page, or simply checking in with someone today. Your kindness could be the light someone needs.
Let’s walk together toward a future where no one feels they have to face life’s challenges alone.
Are you OK? It’s a question that matters.
