I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?
Myself and many people who I know and love have directly been affected by suicide, a completely preventable tragedy. This year I will be sepnding the month running 100 Kms and taking the time to talk to those with me about our mental health.
Please consider donating and/or taking the time to get outside and talking with those you love about your and their mental health.
Being available for people is a fantastic first step. But the next is to reach out and ask.

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.
