I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?
This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.
By donating to my page you are helping R U OK? provide free, essential resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling. And you'll be putting a big smile on my face.
Thank you so much.
By inspiring people to take the time to ask “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.

Clocking Ks for R U OK
Sunday 23rd JunMental health is a big part of our lives it includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.
Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
It affects 1 in 5 people in australia and almost 800 million people suffer worldwide. Over 65,000 Australians attempt suicide each year and 9 aussies die from it each day. This makes suicide the leading cause of death for Australians aged 15-44.
Mental health professionals are working so hard to make sure everyone is in a safe place.
This has been a problem with me for a little while. This has made relationships, friendships, family and friends and work difficult.
So this July i will be participating in ks for r u okay, i would really appreciate if you could donate, share my link or even join with me! Mental health is a deadly issue so please let’s raise awareness and make a difference in people’s lives.
