I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

This challenge has been harder than I thought. It has been difficult to get the steps in as I am not feeling my best and my fitness is down. But I have joined a gym and plan to make small consistent changes to improve my own mental health and overall well-being. R

Started this challenge with a bang! 
An unexpected office move at work today gave me a great workout as I walked back & forth gathering my items. Looking forward to moving more each day, preventing further injury, & helping my state of mind.
