This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Thursday 2nd OctI’m running 120km this October to support mental health through ksforruok.com 🏃♂️
Every step I take is for the people who are struggling, often silently. Mental health affects all of us ; friends, family, coworkers etc. R U OK? is doing vital work to start meaningful conversations and prevent suicide.
This October, I’ve committed to run 120km. That’s 4km every day. It’ll be tough, but nothing compared to what some people go through each day just to keep going.
