This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, continue to raise awareness around suicide while creating healthy habits in my everyday life.

Each week I'll be checking off 22kms in hopes I’m able to help start more life-changing conversations with the locals around me.

By inspiring people to take the time to ask “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people struggling with life to feel someone cares when they may feel alone.
