I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to keep up healthy habits and to help create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk  to help start more life-changing conversations.

Over the past year, walking is something that has changed my life, not only physically but also mentally. Even though I battle every day, walking helps calm my anxiety, clear the head and lift my mood so I can try and enjoy every day.
Which is why I think this cause is a fitting one.
Be kind to your mind and make sure your inner voice speaks to you gently xx
