I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Asking r u ok? Takes less than a minute.. and evrytine I ask someone I also ask myself.. 
I've battled with suicidal thoughts and have ppl close to me fail suicide.. so I ask on a daily R U OK.. 
My goal isn't to be the best but to do my best in every situation life has to offer, good bad or downright ugly.. 
I take this challenge to do my best for You, for me and for those who fight the demons alone..
