This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Starting Conversations That Save Lives
Wednesday 20th AugAs part of this fundraiser, I’ll be walking in October to raise awareness and show my support. Each step I take will be a reminder of the importance of starting conversations and looking out for one another. It’s my way of standing up for mental health and encouraging others to reach out and check in.
Every dollar raised will go towards R U OK?’s incredible work, providing free resources, running community programs, and making sure more Australians feel confident to reach out when someone they know is struggling.
This fundraiser isn’t just about raising money, it’s about raising awareness, building stronger connections, and reminding people that it’s OK to not be OK.
