I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

By donating to my page you are helping R U OK? provide free, essential resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling. And you'll be putting a big smile on my face.

Thank you so much.

By inspiring people to take the time to ask “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.

R U OK?

Sunday 28th Sep

This year, for R U OK? Day, I’m setting myself a challenge that’s both physical and deeply personal: walking 90km to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention.

Why 90km? Because every step is a reminder of the conversations we still need to have, the people we still need to reach, and the lives that still need saving. Suicide doesn’t just affect one person—it ripples through families, friends, and entire communities. Too many people suffer in silence, and sometimes a simple conversation can be the difference between hope and despair.

R U OK? Day is about encouraging those conversations. It’s about checking in with the people around us, asking genuinely, “Are you okay?” and being ready to listen. It’s about showing others they’re not alone and that help is always within reach.

This walk is my way of contributing to that message—by raising both awareness and funds that will go directly toward suicide prevention programs, support networks, and resources for people in need.

💛 How you can help:

  • Donate: Every dollar raised goes to support R U OK?’s mission of preventing suicide through connection and community.
  • Share: Spread the word about my walk and encourage others to get involved or donate.
  • Join the conversation: Take the time to ask someone in your life how they’re really going.

Together, step by step, we can make a difference.
