Im clocking 200kms for R U OK?
This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.
By donating to my page you are helping R U OK? provide free, essential resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling. And you'll be putting a big smile on my face.
Thank you so much.
By inspiring people to take the time to ask “Are you OK?” and listen, we can help people struggling with life to feel connected long before they even think about suicide.

Wednesday 31st Jul30kms to go!
Thursday 25th Jul Can’t believe I’m nearly there! How exciting that I’ve almost achieved my goal for this month. My fundraising goal, I could never achieved without the support of everyone who believed in me and this cause.Only 50kms to go!
Monday 22nd Jul125kms and counting
Friday 19th Jul After last nights 8kms walk, I’m feeling good. I feel like I’m finally on the way to the finish line. Depending on the weather tomorrow (hopefully not raining) I’m planning on walking from Traralgon to Morwell, which will probably be my biggest walk yet. So hopefully all goes to plan there. As time has gone on with this challenge, I have felt stronger both physically and mentally. Walking and now trying my hand at running, has definitely given me a new perspective on building new habits. I think we can all achieve anything as long as we set our minds to it, work hard, be consistent and disciplined. What a huge weekend of achievements…
Sunday 14th Jul Whilst I didn’t quite make my 100kms by today as planned, I’m really proud of my achievements over the weekend. It’s amazing what you can achieve when you push yourself to stay motivated and as someone said to me during the week, remember your why?, that is some of the best advice I think I received in a long time. It most certainly helped me today when I was really sore from yesterday hike. I had Kyle, Zack and Kayden all join me today, which meant a lot to me and them. As we all lost the same person we all loved to suicide in 2017. What a special day that we could share together in raising money for R U OK? Together.30 more kms for the week to hit the half way mark!
Thursday 11th Jul I’m definitely hurting lol, tonight I completed 10kms after work and hoping with my weekend plans of a hike and 10km walk with a friend, I’ll hit my target by Sunday. This has absolutely been a challenge for me and I’m looking forward to eventually hitting my 200kms and having a rest 😉 Share44 kms and counting
Sunday 7th Jul Another 8kms completed today, whilst I find 5kms quite easy, 8kms I have noticed is a little harder, most likely because I’m currently over capacity. However, this is all about pushing yourself and challenging yourself to new levels whilst knowing you are completing this for a great cause. I can’t believe I’ve now reached $2000 in donations from family and friends and even some strangers. I’m incredibly humbled by the experience and so incredibly grateful to everyone for the support.Another 8kms completed
Thursday 4th Jul I’m so incredibly humbled by the overwhelming support I have received in working towards achieving my goal of 200kms for a cause that is close to my heart. Today I did struggle a little, as I’m feeling muscles I never thought I had haha. But in all honesty, I was a little emotional today during my walk but filled with pride that the purpose of pushing myself has great value. Thank-you for the opportunity, I’m extremely grateful to be here. ShareAnother 8kms completed today
