Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. 

It affects 1 in 5 people in australia and almost 800 million people suffer worldwide.  

Mental health has been a problem for me for as long as i can remember. Dealing with bipolar, depression and schizoaffective disorder really makes life a lot like roller coaster without all the fun. Which has made school, friendships, relationships, work and day to day life difficult.
