I’m walking for R U Ok

This July, I’m joining the R U OK walk as I suffer from multiple mental illnesses. I have attempted suicide more than once. The mental health system in Australia isn’t good enough and the more money we raise the better. No amount is to small.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

When we ask people are they ok a lot of the time people will say yes but they aren’t ok. I myself know this too well. I suffer with BPD, DID (which use to be called Multiple Personality Disorder) Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar. I find that the mental health system in Australia is not good enough. More and more people are needing help and there isn’t enough funding. Any small amount will help. So, if you can please help. 🤗
