I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

I'm a survivor

Friday 14th Jun
As most people know, I went through a very dark stage in my life two and a half years ago. 
I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, it was foggy, I was tired and yes, I had suicidal thoughts. 
At the time, I didn't realise how much of an issue those thoughts were until I started counselling. 
With the support of family, friends and friends who are family I am still here today to tell my story and make a positove impact on those who who feel the same I did.
Am I out of the woods? Not completely but I am in a much better place.
