I’m Clocking K’s for R U OK?

This July, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to build connections, develop healthy habits, promote positive mental health and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.

Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk or ride to help start more life-changing conversations with those around me.

By donating to my page you are helping R U OK? provide free, essential resources to schools, workplaces, families, and communities across Australia. Giving them the tools and confidence to spot the signs and to start a conversation that could change the life of someone who's struggling.

Post work walk/run/jog

Thursday 25th Jul
Decided when I got home after work that I needed to get out and stretch my legs, so went for a solo walk/jog/run to get out and clear the noggin, definitely needed 💛

Evening Stroll

Monday 15th Jul
Went for a quick walk before dinner to stretch the legs and found some fairy lights on the way that put a smile on our faces 💛

Midday Stroll

Saturday 13th Jul
Went for a 10km walk with Bec today, and found a friend along the way 💛

Pre K’s Hike

Sunday 30th Jun
Went for a hike just before the challenge starts with my partner, although unsure how many K’s we actually got because I spent most of the time on my butt coming down the mountain… definitely need a good pair of hiking boots.
