This October, I’m joining K’s for R U OK? to stay connected, develop healthy habits and help to create a world where we're connected and protected from suicide.
Each week I'll be consistent in my clocking as I walk (run, wheel or ride) to help start more life-changing conversations.

Toddlers and toes
Wednesday 8th Oct So here i am trying to do something for a good cause and my toddler smashes my toe in. Thabks to the Dr and good toe splint I've been able to get back out there but I was down for a few days. This cause is just so important. I'm doing this for him so his future means that the statistics are less. 9 people daily ending their lives means a third of his class. Those tiny tots could be a statistic. That's why this is important. Resources, education but also eliminating the stigma. Making sure people know its ok to have these conversations. Share
