K’s for R U OK?
Prefacing this by saying we are not runners in any way shape or form. This cause is extremely close to our hearts as people who have lost a loved one to suicide and know the effect that this has.
As of the end of Feb 2024, over 3,000 deaths by suicide occur each year in Australia. This number is way too high.
We are going to be completing K's for R U Ok? for July 2024 aiming to run 60km each by the end of the month (it may not be much but we are starting from scratch haha)
If you have a spare $5 or whatever you choose we would be grateful if you would donate. This money will go towards further research, resources and support for suicide prevention ❤️
